Standard Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Korčula Luxury Apartments. These Standard Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings made with Korčula Luxury Apartments. By making a booking, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to Korčula Luxury Apartments.
  • “Guest” refers to the person or persons who make the booking and/or stay at the apartment.
  • “Property” refers to the rented apartment.
  • “Booking” refers to the reservation of an apartment by the Guest.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation by the Company. A booking is confirmed only when the Company receives the required deposit.

3.2. Deposit: A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.

3.3. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified by the Company. All payments must be made in Euros (EUR).

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. Guest Cancellation:

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the full rental amount.

4.2. Company Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the Company needs to cancel a booking, a full refund will be provided. The Company will not be liable for any further claims by the Guest.

5. Check-In and Check-Out

5.1. Check-In: Check-in time is from 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.

5.2. Check-Out: Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

6. Use of the Property

6.1. Occupancy: The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the maximum occupancy specified at the time of booking.

6.2. Noise and Disturbance: Guests must respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Any excessive noise or disturbance may result in immediate eviction without refund.

6.3. Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages to the property during their stay. The Company reserves the right to charge the Guest’s credit card for any repairs or replacements required.

7. House Rules

7.1. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments.

7.2. Pets: Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon at the time of booking.

7.3. Cleanliness: Guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the apartment. Additional cleaning fees may be charged if the property is left excessively dirty.

8. Liability

8.1. Guest’s Property: The Company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to the Guest’s personal belongings.

8.2. Injury: The Company is not liable for any injury, accident, or illness that occurs during the Guest’s stay at the property.

9. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the property will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Croatia.

11. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The latest version of the Terms will be available on the Company’s website.
